Header 2: Table is set at 100% with a 1 row x 3 column set up. If you resize your browser window, you will see that Header 2 stretches or contracts depending on the window size.
This table has no width dimensions as with Header 1 table.
However, I have defined 100% width in the logo2 cell (3rd cell of table). The first and second cells will collapse to fit the content within them, however, the 3rd cell is forced to stretch to 100% filling the window - regardless of window size.
Download the png file here: to see how it is sliced, then exported into a graphics folder in your defined site in Dreamweaver. The images are then inserted into the cells of the table. I have used a slice for the background image.
